BEE1 Design Studio ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-amplified brand intelligence tool available at bee1.studio. The tool uses artificial intelligence to generate brand outputs — including logo directions, colour palettes, brand summaries, messaging guidance, and contextual brand previews — based on your questionnaire inputs.

AI-Generated Content

The brand outputs generated by our tool — including logos, colour palettes, and previews — are produced using artificial intelligence and are intended as a starting point for your brand development, not as final, production-ready deliverables.

  • AI-generated recommendations may require refinement by a professional designer or strategist.
  • We do not guarantee the uniqueness, accuracy, or suitability of any AI-generated output for your specific business needs.
  • Outputs should be reviewed and adapted before use in any commercial context.

Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all inputs you provide (business name, questionnaire responses).
  • AI-generated outputs are provided for your use. You may use, modify, and build upon them for your business.
  • The BEE1 brand, website design, blog content, and tool interface remain the intellectual property of BEE1 Design Studio.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the tool for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the tool or its underlying technology.
  • Submit false or misleading information through the questionnaire.
  • Overload the service with automated or excessive requests.

Limitation of Liability

BEE1 Design Studio provides this tool on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
