These Terms of Service govern your use of bee1.studio and the BEE1 Design Studio AI-amplified brand direction platform operated by BEE1 Design Studio.
Use of the Service
By accessing or using bee1.studio, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
AI-Generated Content
The logos, colour palettes, brand summaries, and other outputs generated by our platform are AI-generated based on your inputs. BEE1 Design Studio does not guarantee that generated content is unique, free from third-party rights, or suitable for any particular commercial purpose. You are responsible for conducting your own clearance searches before commercial use.
Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, and non-generated content remain the intellectual property of BEE1 Design Studio. AI-generated outputs based on your inputs are provided to you for use subject to these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEE1 Design Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
